Audit Desk

Module: Main Quick Reporting

Purpose: To support easier reporting for outstanding audit recommendations, Auditdesk has a quick reporting section with a number of management and audit committee specific reports that can be generated at a click of a button.

To Access: Main Menu > Audit Desk

The quick reporting section contains several management and audit committee specific reports to support easier reporting of outstanding action items. All reports are Excel generated excepted for the Audit Committee report.

Below is a detailed description of each report type:

TileDescription
Open Recommendations Shows all open actions that have the current status as "Not Yet Started" or "In Progress"
Overdue Actions Shows all open actions that are past the due date / adjusted date due
Extensions / Revised Dates Highlights the list of actions where the due date was changed or extended. The report also provides the last comment within an action that explains reason for date change.
High-risk recommendations This report focuses on audit issues that are rated "High" or "Critical" that are currently outstanding and need immediate attention.
Status Validation Shows actions that are marked “completed” but pending independent validation.

Note – the action ID within each report is a combination of Report ID # AND Action ID # (e.g. Report ID 15 & Action ID #3 becomes "15.3").
